Understanding Autism in the Yale Seminar on Autism and Related Disorders

The Yale Seminar on Autism and Related Disorders is the United States’ first undergraduate course devoted to understanding autism and developmental disorders. The seminar consists of a series of lectures designed to provide an overview of various topics related to autism and other socialization disorders. For Yale undergraduates, the class consists of a weekly seminar on diagnosis and assessment, etiology and treatment of children, adolescents and adults with autism and related disorders of socialization. This course has been available to Yale undergraduates for over 25 years, but thanks to generous donations made by the Associates of the Yale Child Study Center, they have recorded the entire course in high definition audio and video.
